Hot Tub Holiday - a new website
Here at Internet Affiliation we're always looking for ways to get the good word out about the UK holidays we promote. After several months of discussions and scrawled notes, we've come up with something to help our cottage owners' get an extra booking or two.We think the trick to promoting holidays is to go for something which, metaphorically speaking, floats your boat. We're not so keen on football, so we don't have a website about holiday cottages near football grounds (although, thinking about that now, it sounds like something we should think about...). What we do like though is a hot tub! So, we've come up with a new website which promotes holidays with have a hot tub; or, a hot tub holiday if you will.

hot tub holidays, a growing trend
The trend for a hot tub on your holiday has been steadily increasing over the last few years. As a general rule, when we all go on holiday we want something a little different than what we have at home - after all, if you have exactly the same thing, why bother bout going away? You may live in a city, and want a countryside setting; you may live near the North York Moors, and want some time near the sea. Or, as we're focusing on here, you may want a private hot tub.A quick look at Google searches over the past 5 years shows the steady increase of searches for "hot tub holiday".

As this graph clearly shows, there is a steady increase in Hot Tub Holiday searches. You may also notice how the graph has quite substantial peaks and troughs. This is the norm in the travel business. January is the peak time when people want to forget about the post-Christmas blues, and book their holiday. With December being the quietest month, where we're all gearing up for the big day.
Finding a hot tub holiday
Most of our websites have a "hot tub" section in them, as we've always been aware about the popularity of this type of holiday. However, that growing trend really warrants a specific hot tub holiday website. To start with we've indexed the cottages by county and town. We usually have a vague idea whereabouts in the UK we want to take a holiday, so indexing by county seemed the obvious choice. Once you've chosen your county, a list of towns are shown which have a hot tub holiday nearby. And away you go...The county index is shown on the right of the screen, unless you're using a small device (such as a phone), in that case the counties are shown at the bottom of the page.
At the time of writing, not all the our hot tub cottages and lodges are included, but more are being added every day until we've included them all.
